Awarded to Scouts during the Hornaday Weekend who exemplify the qualities Harrison brought to Scouting.

 * Helpfulness: Scouts that willingly volunteers to help others

     * Cheerful Spirit: Scouts who cheerfully do the tasks assigned      and try to make others happy.

     * Kindness: Scouts who treat others as they want to be treated. Without good reason, they do not harm or kill any living thing.
